I had the honor in viewing a nice condo in a great location of town. The condo association keeps excellent care of the landscaping. Many people love this location of town because it is convenient to the following:
- Shopping
- Schools
- Work
- Restaurants
- Shopping
The owner was showing the condo for possible rental or sale. I cam across a bedroom that was chipping paint. I would like to refer to the picture above. The wood was very moist and the wall itself was wet. The owner did not know where the water was coming from. Obviously, there were no water pipes since it was the bedroom. I had to solve the mystery.
I walked around the unit itself. Then, I solved the mystery. The outside sprinklers were pointed at the outside of the wall and spraying the wall with water. I showed the owner as the sprinklers went off while I was at this unit.
The owner will request the HOA to point the sprinklers the other way. Also, owner will contact my contractor to fix the damage. Just another day in real estate folks.
