Empower is located on RT 17 just between Middletown, and Durham, Connecticut. I stopped by Empower a few times and I am very impressed with what I have seen.
I do not like heights, but after looking at the safety measures Empower in Middletown, CT takes, and the steps to ensure a safe and rewarding experience, I even entertained try it myself. I also have suggested it to our Youth Leader at Church as an activity for our Youth Group. The course takes about an hour and a half to two hours depending on the size of the group.
