Less dancing, more doing, gets you there!

Less dancing, more doing, gets you there!

Sincere intentions, forward progress and good communication play a large part in a successful venture. Without it, things can go sideways quick with no way to recapture what is lost.

Some people prefer to doe-see-doe when making an offer on their dream home. Asking for extras and countering several times puts the offer at risk by allowing one or more buyers to come in with better terms and conditions.

Those who wish to avoid a multi-offer situation understand that time is of the essence. Deciding what is most important and submitting a clean offer with quick response time-lines gains the set goals.

Consumers who continuously dance around may miss out on their dream while others become successful. With a home purchase, comes the promise of many years of satisfying ownership.

The old soft-shoe moves belong on the dance floor. Thinking of buying a home in the southern Utah area? Keep the offer simple, informed and you too may achieve a happily ever after scenario.

Of course, doing a Happy Dance after you close and record is to be expected!

The home buying process is no time to be dancing, that's for sure.   Thanks for the post, Wanda.
