10 "Hot" South Charlotte Neighborhoods To Watch This Spring/Summer

 

I wrote about the 10 hottest selling neighborhoods in the Charlotte metro area in 2017 to-date just the other day. Have you wondered which south Charlotte neighborhoods might be getting "hot" as the year goes on? If you're thinking about buying or selling a home in south Charlotte this spring/summer, here's a list of the 10 south Charlotte neighborhoods to be watching in the months to come. Six of the neighborhoods made the top 10 hottest selling neighborhood lists in 2015 and 2016, but four are new to this list in 2017--Sherwood Forest, Sedgefield,, Sonoma, and Collins Park.
