Stage That FSBO!

Of course the best thing a FSBO owner can do is hire a REALTOR®.  If that's out of the question, then they should hire a home stager.  And I don't mean someone calling themself a "home stager."  Check qualifications and check references.  Make sure you are hiring a licensed, educated home stager. 

A professional home stager will evaluate the exterior and interior of your property and make detailed recommendations room-by-room.  If you need help with the improvements, the home stager can arrange all necessary work be completed.  And if your property is vacant, the professional home stager can set it up like a model home. 

The buying public has little ability to see beyond what is presented to them.  Make sure your property is presented in the best possible manner.
