By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with THE TEMPLE TEAM

The below link features a Starbucks Barista who has officially snapped. The limited time only, Unicorn Frappuccino has stormed the nation and apparently ruined the lives of your local hard working Starbucks Employees. If you're living among the social media saturated world, it has also completely saturated your Facebook, Snapchat and Instagram feeds. Photo after photo. If the nutrition facts, 59g of Sugar, 16g of fat, 45mg of cholesterol, and and 230mg of Sodium aren't enough to deter you, maybe his pleading rant will. In addition, we took the plunge. It's gross. one sip-in the trash it went. The story posted on USAToday is below.

I do not frequent Starbucks mostly because I don't want to spend $5 a day there. This concoction has no appeal to me but for some i guess it is the latest thing.

It definitely has been all the rage, luckily a short one since it is only offered for a limited time. I agree about the $5 a day as well as prefer a local roaster to Starbucks if I'm going to spend money buying coffee. Thanks for reading!

The nutritional information on the Unicorn Frappuccino demonstrates it isn't the healthiest thing on the planet.

Absolutely! One also has to wonder if drinkers are willing to take the hit nutritionally why they wouldn't at least want the caffeine aspect. This drink doesn't  have any caffeine, just straight sugar....Thanks for reading!
