Market stats for March show a substantial increase in price of closed sales of condos, villas and townhomes in Highland Beach FL. If you are considering buying a home you can still find deals on a condo or house in Highland Beach, but having a good real estate agent who understands the market is a must.

I wouldn't expect home prices to run up quite as fast as they did back then as banks have gotten a lot stricter on lending guidelines and are no longer giving a loan to anyone with a pulse. But mortgage rates are rising.  Low inventory and higher mortgage rates are one indicator that prices should continue to rise.

In March 2017, the average sold price for condos, villas and townhouses in Highland Beach was $ 689,394.  Again, this shows a significant increase over last month.  Average price per square foot for closed sales was $ 414.
