Sing with me... This is the house that never ends, it just goes on & on my friend...

Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams First Coast Realty - The Marro Team

No, seriously, I thought we would never get this house finished!  We are pretty much out of inventory and had we not just unstaged another house on Thursday almost every single item in here would have been newly purchased.  (Talk about hurting the checkbook!)  Still it was for a good cause.  I get a pretty $1M home to add to my portfolio & get to work with a brand new client - Simonini Homes.  They are nationally known for producing a high caliber product.  If you notice the details in this home you can certainly see why!

Melissa - Wow! Very subtle with the blues. I love the blue and white combination - it's so clean and calm. It's beautiful like all your work.

Without fail Melissa you always present excellent work! Another great staging. Now, here is where I show my ignorance -- what is a deep water lot?

Lynn - Thank you!  I find being in a coastal area that they are great colors to work with.

Elaine - yes, I really like that one.  I have a few other shots in the coffee clutch that I took just for you... no really.  The blog title even has your name on it...lol!

Yvonne - thank you!  Being from AZ it is no wonder that you don't know what that means.  It means that there is water deep enough to put a boat in.  They have a dock permit, though one is not yet constructed.  Deep water just lets you know that it is capable of having a boat launch.

Well cool Melissa! Thanks for the explanation. Are you kidding, it is just lucky that I even know what water is. ;) From now on I will explain on our RESs that there is deep sand. You know -- people can ride their quads without worring about getting wet at all. :) Oh boy, I'm afraid I've gone over the deep end. Can anyone rescue me? Please!

Thanks for the wonderful comments!  We just heard back from the builders today and they are thrilled!  YAY!!!  We began staging another home for them today and we were told they were excited to see our work on this home.  There is a community open house scheduled for Thursday and the newest home will be one of the featured properties.  Hopefully this will land us an ongoing relationship with them...

Gina - Yes, Sherry Lewis and Lambchop.  My kids used to watch that show too....
