Get Sold Info by Email

Buyers, sellers and real estate enthusiasts can now receive up-to-date sold property information via email. John L. Scott Real Estate, one of the first companies to publish MLS sold property data, has added a sold email feature.

Users can now easily keep track of Seattle’s housing activity. Whether you’re a buyer or seller you can sign-up to receive notification when a property has closed and at what price it sold for. Since the information comes directly from the NWMLS it’s the most up-to-date available.

To utilize the feature, sign up for a John L Scott’s Property Tracker account and create a search using the Interactive Map search option.

Does it show when something goes STI and is no longer available?

Ardell - the regular property tracker email shows the STIs, but if a user selects to only receive "Solds" then that's all they will get...at least in the test account I have set up.

I take it you can set it to be specific to an area of your interest, such as NWMLS area 701 for Belltown for instance?

Matthew - The are two means to access the Sold info - through the map search or by viewing individual listing. That said, there doesn't appear to be an option to search by specific MLS area. On the otherhand, with the polygon tool users could draw the boundary of MLS areas if they're familiar with them.
