Brier WA real estate is happening!  For 2008, there are 52 real estate listings so far according to the NWMLS.  Of the 52, 40 are active on the market, 1 is Subject to inspection, 3 are pending, and 8 have closed since the beginning of the year. 

The houses in Brier range from a 2 bedroom/1 bath for $320,000 to a 5 bedroom/4.5 bath for $1,358,000.  Ironically the top and bottom for price in Brier are actually pretty close to each other!  Houses range from older farm houses on horse properties to 1960's through 1990's and also new construction as people discover what  a great place Brier is to live! 

Brier spans two school districts - with neighborhoods like Crestview Hills in the Northshore School District and neighborhoods like Countryside Estates, Timbervale, Castle Crest (I & II), and Carlson's Ranch in the Edmonds School District.  Both district options are great options!

Sale price to list price for the solds in 2008 range from 96.29% to 100%.  Brier is a good investment!
