The building is well priced but still provides owners with granite counters and stainless appliances, hardwood floors, balconies, storage units, washers and dryers in the unit, and garage parking. On the top floor and first and second floors, the condos have ten foot ceilings! The units on the top floor have fireplaces! There is a beautiful pool and illuminated tennis courts, an exercise facility, and a pet friendly attitude. The front desk even keeps dog biscuits on the counter for Fido and Fifi!
