San Clemente Home Values by Michael Albrecht 4/23/2017

This week’s report on home values for San Clemente and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a San Clemente Realtor Michael Albrecht. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 6.0 percent, for new homes up 14.4 percent and for resale condos up 6.2 percent. The sales volume is up for resale homes 7.8 percent and up 18.9  percent on condos and down 16.1 percent for new homes.  

•Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are down 3.4 percent and the sales volume is down 5.0 percent.

•Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are up 23.0 percent and the sales volume is up 17.6 percent.

•Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are down 2.7 and the sales volume is up 2.8 percent.

•Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices up 1.9 percent and the sales volume is up 18.3 percent.

•Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are up 15.6 percent and the sales volume up 30.3 percent.

•San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 21.7 percent and the sales volume is up 92.0 percent.

•San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 0.9 percent and the sales volume is down 6.3 percent.

Taxes are behind us and the market is turning to the positive.  Got to like the over changes.  Look at San Clemente Zip Code 92672 those are huge changes.  Look at Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 it appears to be the exception.
