Lake Forest Park is a great place to go look for choices on the market!!!!  According to the NWMLS as of today on my report, there have been 115 residential listings active this year.  Of the 115, 67 are active on the market (available for sale), 1 is contingent, 4 are subject to inspection, and 35 have sold since 1/1/2008.  Prices range from $179,000 to $2,495,000. 

Last year  (2007) 42 houses had sold by today, so we are 7 houses behind for now, but not too bad overall.
