As a real estate agent, we never find enough time to complete our daily to do list. Over the past 20 years working out has been a part of my lifestyle. In the midst of my daily real estate grind, I get my workout groove on 3-4 times per week. Today's workout was with my brother Mike Jones from Phoenix, Arizona. I could be biased but I truly believe he is the greatest personal trainers that I know.
Four Fitness Highlights of my day with Mike Jones:
- I'm pretty good about eating right for the most part. My trainer still thinks my eating habits are not where they should be. He inspects the kitchen and polices every item in the pantry and fridge assuring that all contents are healthy. So out with the bad and off to the grocery store I went!
- I take vitamins but Mike Jones explained the importance of quality and added more to the vitamin list!
- Mike Jones served as my personal chef. He prepared a brown wild rice medley, steamed purple cabbage, lemon chicken breast strips, and avocado. The cook is off today.
