Riverside County, California Homes Sales & Values Report March 2017

On April 17, 2017, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported taht homes values increased 2.1% at an average price of $375,000 in March of 2017 from an average price of $367,250 in February of 2017, and higher 7.1% from $350,000 in March of 2016. While, homes sales jumped 47.3% in March of 2017 from February of 2017, and rose 12.9% from March of 2016, in Riverside County, California.

There were 3.6 months supplies of available inventory of homes in March of 2017 dropped from 5.3 months in February of 2017, and down from 4.8 months in March of 2016. An average it took 45.6 days to sell a home in March 2017, lower from 50.1 days in February of 2017, and fell from 57.5 days in March of 2016, Riverside County, California.

That is nice that the market stats have increased in Riverside California.

I hope that you will have more sellers because of the stats. We have tons of buyers here, but our inventory is extreemly low.
