Homes for Sale with Water Views in North Kingstown
It tis the spring season when buyers are in a hurry to shop for southern RI homes near the water. Oh what a bustle of activity awaits all real estate agents but lo and behold the houses are few in number causing quite a stir. What is on the RI real estate market goes into sales agreement quickly so why are home buyers 'still' not approved by a lender to buy a home?! I am befuddled as can be and get calls and emails all the time from buyers not ready to buy homes.
The water views wanted in homes are in the higher end of price points now although you can buy some 'peek a boo' water view North Kingstown homes (through the trees) now at lower prices. Find all these water view and waterfront homes here.
