That is a spectacular idea for an open house! I have a friend who does open houses specifically for the neighbors. Being close to the school, I'm sure you can sell this to a staff member without problem.

I think doing special open houses are a great tool. Depending on my seller, I'll do a "neighborhood only' open one evening, and serve finger foods and beverages.

The house didn't sell, yet, Debbie Reynolds but I received a lot of positive feedback even days later from MSU Faculty.

Yes Sean Casey but my timing could have been better as it was the week before finals and a lot of the faculty were just to busy. I have another one planed in about 3 weeks for a different home.
