Happy ending for the classic sign call?

In a post from earlier today,  I noted that I had a sign call of an unsusual nature. 

My sellers declined the concept of a lease to own.  Their property actually showed more today than it had shown in a while.  Four showings.   One I noticed was a third showing.

An offer was made and my sellers now have a legitimate offer to consider and they will probably take it.  I'll be they were really glad they didn't decide to have a go at being landlord with the lease to own verbal offer.

The first day of our summer was today...it was over 90 degrees and the buyers sure came out today.  Each of my listings showed at least once,  a couple of the properties showed more than once and of course this property from the earlier post is likely to be going off the market very soon.

Oddly enough, I took the day off today to go to a birthday party with my two year old daughter, Elissa.  It was a great party that my daughter will probably never forget...the day she met ELMO in person!

All in all it was a pretty good day and hopefully a sign of things to come!
