Many Real Estate Agents and Realtors do not have the slightest clue that they just opened a business, the day they got licensed. And if they did, they'd realize they were grossly under-trained for this prospect. They have no clue how to be a CEO, they may have some COO abilities and they definitely have no CFO skills, as evidenced by our industry's 80% failure rate.

Do you know how many unhappy, unhealthy, near divorce, no relationship with the kids, near BK and so on - agents are standing in front of a lrge group of their peers right now accepting the #1 In GCI Award or the #1 Team in the Sate of _____ award? I know of several agents that have admitted, after recovery, that this scenario I describe (or similar) was them!
They may sell you tools to make it, but they sure don't teach us how to save it and budget it do they?
