As of May 10, 2008 22% of available listings in San Rafael are in escrow.

For the month of April 2008 45 homes sold in San Rafael for an average final selling price of $854,429.

The average original asking price of these homes was $910,864.

It took these homes an average of 96 days to sell.

Of the 45 homes that sold, 5 sold at their original asking price and another 5 sold over.

I see the drop in prices was somewhat significant.  At least it seems your are moving.

Actually, it's the volume that's really dropped rather than the prices.
