What makes clients (and I) enjoy “sitting down at the kitchen table” in a relaxed atmosphere to talk about what is important to them? Our mutual objective is to refine and define their network of referrals. It’s all about gathering valuable information then making wise choices. As a “white-haired” person, I have to say (and I’m smiling) that it is really important to make wise choices - and that includes your support team.
FOR SELLERS, as we talk, there’s list of questions: Are you interested in placing your property IN or ON the market? Is timing important to you? How do you, the decision-maker, establish a fair market value for your home? Understand timing, and market temperature? Assess the responsibility of your real estate team in the process of moving onward?
RESEARCH CURRENT MARKET TRENDS. In answering those questions, one of the first smart choices is to research current market trends. You may be interested in investing in a “For Ever” Home- (for example) -choosing the “right” design and/or type of home that will work for you over the years - regardless of age or physical ability.
