Stress!

Buying a home can be stressful but it does not need to be so much.

Couples that have talked about what they want (not all have)  have a better

buying experience than those who are winging it.

Before you start looking even on the computer...

Decide what you need.

Bedrooms, outbuildings,

Location,

Schools,

large lot or acres of land.

What animals will you have.

This is a short list of what people argue about.

I causes a lot of stress, but knowing the answers to these

questions will make an enjoyable process!

You make a good point here.  In our current market where there is low inventory, and multiple offers, the competition is stiff among buyers.  It is important that homebuyers have a clear idea what they are looking for.

I find that it can be a long process if the two do not agree on most everyting for a new home.

Important to have a list of needs, wants and expectations.  Of course this does seem to change a bit when they see a home that strikes their fancy in some other way.
