Today was the very first tour of foreclosed homes with the LIFT crew - Long Island Foreclosure Tours - a brand new company that has real buyers looking at real good foreclosure deals in Nassau county.

We set out from Remax Village Properties in Mineola at about 10:15 this morning. We had on board newspaper people from the local major news organizations including Newsday and the Bloomberg organization. After the first three homes, we had lunch at the Tin Alley Grill in Garden City - the food was good, fresh, and quick.

Meticulous Home Inspection is the inspection company that rounds out the crew. We have a representative from Wells Fargo mortgage, several agents from Remax Village Properties, an attorney, an appraiser, a contractor - all the people needed on the tour to answer any question anyone could have about buying a foreclosed property.

We had an offer on one of the properties today! This is gonna be a big deal to buyers who want to buy in a certain area, and we will be having more tours of other areas coming in the near future.
