Happy Saturday...er, Happy SNOWY Saturday, John G. Johnston. You gotta be joking, right?!? And 6 inches of snow.... But isn't it killing all the new blooming flowers? Awwww .... Yesterday looked like a pretty scene in Westcliffe; where did the snow come from??? But this is two days from May??? I am flabbergasted!!! Jane Chaulklin-Schott The first week of June is typically the last snowfall... It should snow all day and we have about 8" so far. THIS is what makes our beautiful valley turn colors in the summer. Love it! We have tulips blooming with snow on them! Sorry I have been absent...no excuses!

Spent the weekend on the coast at the beach, John! Not as far down as Newport, but equally as pretty. doing Hwy 101 along the coast is THE BEST.
