As of April 2017, there are 5 condos on the market in Suntide on Hutchinson Island in Stuart FL.  Listing prices range from $249,000 to $379,000 with an average list price of $305,380 which equals $242.90 per sq. ft. of living area.

There is one condo under contract which has not sold to date.  The list price is $315,000 or $176.57 per sq. ft. of living area.  This condo was on the market for 90 days before going under contract.

There have been 5 condos sold in the past 12 months in Suntide.  The sales prices ranged from $310,000 to $360,000 for an average sales price of $335,800 which equals $266.05 per sq. ft. of living area.
