This is a waterfront community in Palm City FL located on either Bessey Creek or Hidden River with ocean access through the North Fork of the Saint Lucie River.  Most homes in this community have excellent water depth and homes can handle some fairly good sized boats.

This is a non-deed restricted community with no HOA fees.  The earliest homes were built beginning in 1970 and the last one was completed in 2015.   Homes range from modest 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottages with just under 1,400 sq. ft. of living area on about a quarter of an acre up to 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom homes with close to 4,000 square ft of living area on one half acre lots.
