19366 E. Purdue Circle in Highpoint subdivision in Aurora, Co. has gone on the market on Friday night at 5 p.m. This has been a rental for the last 5 years. The owners try to sell it 5 years ago with no luck and had a friend of mine that does property manager rent it out. The tenants finally decided to buy a home in another area and this 3 bedroom, 2 bath with a 2 car garage just hit the market.
