On my website, www.nancybenson.com, you can read about my personal background as a Realtor. I offer more than 30 years of experience helping residents to buy and sell homes across the area, with a specialty in established neighbourhoods with in “the Greenbelt” as well as condominiums and investment properties.
Over my three decades in real estate, I have helped some repeat clients at different stages of their lives, from starter homes to larger family residences for growing children and then to downsizing. In some cases, I have gone on to help those clients’ now adult children with selling or buying their own homes.
I’m proud to let you know that thanks to the support of my clients, Nancy Benson and Associates sold $32.5 million in real estate in 2016, with a high volume of that in Ottawa’s core neighbourhoods. Awarded the prestigious “Platinum Award” by RE/MAX Canada as being one of the Top Realtors in the country for both number of units sold as well as dollar volume of sales.
