As I see it . . . . . . .

The level of your training

You see an athlete engaging in a sporting event . . . . As you are watching them they instinctively respond to the action . . . . and know what to do.

You see it with athletes . . . . entertainers . . . . and business professionals . . . . They seem to know what to do . . . . How to do it . . . . and when to do it.  It’s not a snap or a spur of the moment decision . . . .

What they’re doing is a reflex action to a condition . . . . In a micro second they do it without a conscious thought . . . . and they do it with certainty. What they are doing . . . .  has been programmed into subconscious thinking through training.

What you do in challenging condition defaults to the level of training.
