As Carol Williams has this contest for the month of May; I will endeavor to be as honest as can be.
One of my weaknesses is the inability to call clients on the phone or my sphere of influence. I offset this problem with a good CRM from Peak Producers and a highlighted daily work plan that has a start time and will not stop until the last extra call ahs been made.
A strength is the ability to meet and talk to people until blue in the face but also know from many years in sales when to keep quiet.
Another weakness is the ability to procrastinate until just before a deadline of doing a CMA or buyer pesentation until the last minute. This one I offset with the daily work plan and if there is empty times add a to do of checking the one I am working on.
Another strength that has come with age and experience is the ability of estimating cost of repairs and what the home will be able to be sold for. This has also gained a few clients whom rehab ab=nd a few of my own.
Another weakness is not being able to sit in front of a computer or television for long periods of time. This does allow me to do a lot of reading and many out door activities from mowing grass, golf and of course the new passion of the boat.
As we are not the best in everything we do we overcome these obstacles with help from others as well as programs that make us better at what we do.
The other is the constant comments from Phyllis on how I can always do better.
