I wonder do the majority of homeowners have a list or just do maintenance work as needed..I think it's good to implement a plan such as home  maintenance tasks.

There are always a lot of things that need cleaning after a harsh winter.  I take a quick look to make sure the gutters are clean after all the spring debris from the trees.
