Is a Down Payment Stopping You From Owning a Home?

By
Real Estate Agent with Austin Texas Homes, LLC 548155

Today I learned about an awesome program to help First Time Homebuyers (or anyone who has not owned a home in the last 3 years) to get into a home for as little as .5% down. That's one HALF of a percent! That is (at the most) $1251 to buy your own home.

If you have been thinking about buying and are tired of throwing your money away on rent, let me know and I can get you the details. You don't have to have perfect credit either!

If you know anyone who has been wanting to buy, but the down payment is stopping them, please share this message with them and if they end up purchasing, I will send you a gift card! The more people we can help the better.

Sherry, this is great news for those buyers thinking they would never be able to own their own home!
