Originally from Michigan, David visited Brevard County in 1977 and knew immediately that he had found his piece of Paradise; he has lived here ever since. Having degrees in both accounting and business administration, David initially embarked on a career as an assistant director of finance for one of the major contractors at the Kennedy Space Center during the Space Shuttle program. After leaving the Space Center he decided to pursue his true passion, real estate!
David has had a successful career in the real estate industry which included being the Director of Real Estate Operations for a private 750 unit community. He has consulted with developers on oceanfront and riverfront projects as well as residential neighborhoods. David has worked on land acquisition projects and has been instrumental in the naming of streets and buildings in the community. His own development projects have received awards for architectural design and landscaping excellence. Not only has David been involved in most aspects of the real estate industry but he is also a former publisher and editor of an award winning luxury real estate and lifestyle magazine. David likes to be involved in his community and serves on various boards in the City of Satellite Beach. He currently is the chair of the Community Redevelopment Agency Advisory Board. Having watched and been involved for the past 40 years in the growth of Brevard County, David knows the area like few others…from the inside out!
David lives in Satellite Beach and, in his spare time which is scarce due to his extensive community service, he enjoys the beach, kayaking and gardening.
