Timber Creek Subdivision is a place in Flower Mound, TX where kids can quack like ducks and ducks can grow old. Both can live in harmony. This beautiful subdivision has walking trails to school for Elementary and Middle School and it's closely patrolled. It's a wonderful place for kids to grow up and be inspired by ducks, trees, fish, plants, and animals. As of 4/28/17 there were 8 "Coming Soon," homes with square footage from 1,259 square feet to 3,533, ranging from $195,000 to $420,000.
Adults and children can play tennis using 1 of four Tennis Courts. Every morning someone from the City checks on the lights and the trails to ensure safety. As of 5/4/2017, there are 5 "Coming Soon" homes for sale ranging from 1,259 to 4,200 square feet, and $220,000 to $599,000. For humans, Timber Creek Subdivision is a transient neighborhood for people relocating to the area. For the ducks - they never leave. They are content and stay put entertaining people day after day.
Timber Creek Park is a great place to inspire photographers, writers, entrepreneurs, future leaders, and little engineers. Lemonade stands are quite common and so is baseball at Tiger's Field. I'm a firm believer that children live what they learn and when everyone learns to play nice together, it's a beautiful world after all.
It's easy to learn about science and have fun being an explorer in Timber Creek Subdivision. Biodiversity makes it fun and educational and the Teachers are great too! Kids who grow up in Timber Creek Subdivision attend Marcus High School where many have graduated with honors.
