For the month of April 2008 only 180 homes sold in Marin County for an average final selling price of $1,224,710.

The final selling prices ranged from a low of $229,000 for a condo in Novato, to a high of $8,575,000 for an estate in Kentfield.  (these MLS links are good for 30 days)

It took these homes an average of 79 days to sell.
