As we continue up the Gold Line of MARTA, our next stop is Chamblee.
Chamblee
I think Chamblee is an undiscovered secret to many people looking for the next cool place to live! There is so much happening in this little town of just 30,000 people. Of course it blends in with Brookhaven, Dunwoody and Doraville, but it has a place all its own.
Where IS the Chamblee MARTA Station?
The station is located on Chamblee-Tucker Road, between Peachtree and New Peachtree Roads. There are surface parking lots, but you can also walk to numerous condominium communities nearby.
What Kind of Homes are Around the Chamblee MARTA Station?

Within a short walking distance, you will find Peachtree Malone Lofts, Eco Lofts, Lofts at 5300, Heritage Lofts and Chalfont on Peachtree to name most of them. A new community, Townsend at Ashford Park will be townhomes that will be within a walkable distance to the station.
After that, you will find single family homes in neighborhoods like Huntley Hills and Sexton Woods, but these would be more of a driving distance to the station.
