It appears we are going to continue picking up as the time goes by, for the third straight week Boise's Sold homes increased, this week it didnt only increase it jumped up 66% from the previous week. Meridian sales also grew while Eagle had an equivalent number of sales as the previous week and Kuna dropped slightly. I am excitied to continue to see growth in the Valley as long as the inventory levels slowly start to drop as well so the market can heat up again
