Being Rich is a State of Mind

“Being rich isn’t about money. Being rich is a state of mind.

Some of us, no matter how much money we have, will

never be free enough to take time to stop and eat

the heart of a watermelon. And some of us

will be rich without ever being more

 than a paycheck ahead

of the game.”

As I see it . . . . . . .

Being rich is a state of mind

Money is a measure . . . . Yes there is nothing wrong to strive . . . . and to be successful and to earn more. In fact being success driven will give the opportunity to achieve your goals . . . . and to live your dreams along with being a top earner in your field.

You can be a top producer . . . . owning a successful business . . . . have fame . . . . and be recognized where ever you go. They are all tied to your success.

Being rich is a state of mind . . . . I personally know people who are very successful and have lots money . . . . and I know people who are just about getting by.

Just because a person has a lot money will not make them rich . . . . and just because a person struggles every day financially don’t make them who they.

Being rich is a state of mind . . . . and the sprite in a person’s heart.

No matter what a person’s station of life is . . . . with the mindset of a champion and the sprite to drive yourself to greater levels of success in your life . . . . will drive you to achieve it.

Being rich is a state of mind . . . . doing your best and being at peace with yourself in your mindset . . . . and in your heart.

Being rich is a state of mind . . . .  it’s not about the money . . . . It’s the way you live your life.

So true...more to rich than a bank account.  Was this the same guy who wrote the book about swimming with the sharks?

Good morning Lou Ludwig ,

I agree with your statement being rich is a state of mind. Its not about how much money you have in the bank but how you choose to live your life.

I agree. Just bacause someone has lots of money does not make them rich. It takes more than money to achieve greatness...

Lou, so very true. Tons of money doesn't make one rich - a positive mindset will make one far richer than dollars will.

Another way of expressing this belief was instilled in my by my depression-era Grandparents:  Never confuse 'broke' with 'poor'.  'Poor' is an attitude;  'Broke' merely means you are a millionaire between paychecks.  It's not about the money; rather, what you believe.

Lou, I am rich and blessed. I have family, friends, a home, food, and good health. Perhaps not a lot of money, but indeed rich in what God has given me.

Lou- many people would do well to remember this. I have known many people with wealth, money wealth, who were not very happy and seemed so wanting in life.

Being rich absolutely is a state of mind.  I worked hard to accumulate things during the first half of my life, and now feel richer because I've given so much of it away!

That's great quote, I also think that to be happy need to live and get pleause today, at this particlar moment. People often forget that tommorrow could not come, they live as are going to live forever and die as they had never lived.
