This week Caldwell was the only area that had more sales than previous weeks. All the other areas dropped slightly. The other item of interest is that there is also more inventory added this week, so less sales and more new listings isnt going to help stimulate this market. It will be interesting to see what happens in the last 4 days of this month, I am curious to see if there were a lot of sales to close the month. I will let you know in the next week.
