It takes one great mom. Happy Mother's Day.

Some say it takes a village to raise a child. I say it takes one great mom.

I have one great mom. Her name is Cheryl Levinson and she is mother to me and four younger siblings. Cheryl's guidance steered me toward the greatest gifts a mom can give a child. Independence and Love.

These are gifts I hope to pass unto my children.

And she has now unearthed her gifts to the world- A blogger, an up and coming law student, an inner city High School teacher, and two college students.

She has always been my mom and now she is what she had to put on the side burner in order to raise me right- My friend.

Here is my song of dedication to you, Cheryl Levinson, who is one great mom.

I love you.
