Did you hear about the plans for development off Capstone? The City of College Station's New Development website section for March has posted that Kyle View Estates submitted a preliminary plat for 127 lots on 45.193 acres located at 3455 Capstone Drive.

The Capstone Drive has been an area developing with large homes on even larger lots. 127 lots on 45 acres will be quite a difference. What do the neighbors think? Does it matter? Is there anything they can do? Will it affect their property value? Will it affect transportation issues? Remember ALL these residents will need to cross the railroad tracks to get onto Wellborn Rd.
