It is located in the Great Bridge area of Chesapeake. Construction in this neighborhood began in 2015 with Napolitano Homes, Ultimate Homes, Summit Construction, and Quality Homes of Currituck. There will be 81 homes in this neighborhood when it is complete with the average size being 2,800 square feet and the average lot size being about 10,000 square feet. This neighborhood is located near the corner of Hanbury Rd and Battlefield Blvd. towards Great Bridge High School. Viridian Reserve and Coopers Creek Manor are nearby neighborhoods. The children in this neighborhood attend all of the Great Bridge schools.
