We all know the saying, "Your first impression, is a lasting impression". After cleaning and organizing the interior of your home, wouldn't it be aweful if your potential buyers won't even come in the front door? Here are some ways to make them come running!

  • Add a fresh coat of paint. If painting your entire home is too cumbersome or costly, try just painting the trim around your doors and windows.
  • Buy a new "Welcome" mat. It will bring a fresh and inviting feel for your soon-to-be buyer.
  • Maintain a freshly manicured lawn. Remember to mow, edge and trim bushes in the front and backyard.
  • Give your yard some flower power! Select flowers that will give your home a little "POP"! Look for yellows, pinks, and purples. If the sound of gardening sends chills down your spine, buy a medium size flower pot and sit it outside your front door.
  • Add a new mailbox and new house numbers to seal the deal!

4 Comments on How to Lure Buyers in the Door through Curb Appeal

Curb appeal is important. If the yard looks bad sometimes they wont want to see the inside.
