You saw it here first

Now, it looks like more people are thinking like I am. In a Wall Street Journal editorial on Friday (May 9th), Cyril Moulle-Berteaux wrote "The Housing Crisis Is Over."

This is the first major announcement of this phenomena; however, I made such a pronouncement 10 days prior to that in my blog on April 29th. My post was tongue-in-cheek, but who knows? Maybe I had it right.

I'm not so sure I agree completely with the article, some points yes, others not so much.

Tongue in Cheek? -- I would say you were spot on! Definitely should have been picked up by all the media organizations.
