Keller Williams Capital Partners Power Hour Results

On Friday we launched Power Hour at our market center.  Power Hour is an hour of focused lead generation held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.  You can read more about power hour in my blog post I Do...Do You, Real Estate Lead Generation.

We had 10 agents participate this Friday and we were able to make 71 calls resulting in 12 appointments set.  WOW!  Although an hour of calling on your sphere or buyer & seller leads didn't draw the kind of participation I had hoped for, I'm sure the buzz will pick up as we get more results like these!  My plan is to continue to advertise the positive results that come out of the energy and focus generated by POWER HOUR!

I think we all know that in order to stay on top of this shift in the market we have to change some of the things we are doing...one of these I firmly believe, is getting back to basics...from picking up the phone to Door Knocking.  Read my previous blog, Door Knocking for Lead Generation, to learn more about the door knocking program that we began teaching last week.

Here are some other ways we are encouraging our agents to power through the shift in the market and come out on the other side better than ever!

·         Power Hour - 1 hour of focused lead generation on the phone

·         Keller Williams Capital Partners Door Knocking System - a new course being taught on this basic fundamental way of generating leads and creating mind share.

·         Systematically reaching out to you sphere for referral business.

·         Re-evaluating and re-learning the systems and models in the Millionaire Real Estate Agent book by Gary Keller & Dave Jenks.  We are meeting twice a month in our market center to review and internalize this book chapter by chapter.

·         Adjust their budgets and track their leads to market in the most profitable avenue.

Keller Williams has always been dedicated to helping its agents succeed and now more than ever our commitment to this is imperative.  This is not a down market it has just shifted and by supporting our newly licensed agents and our experienced agents maneuver through it we know Keller Williams will continue to thrive and grow right beside our agents!

How are you changing what you've done in the past to succeed not just survive in this market?

If you would like to talk more in depth about what Keller Williams is doing to help its agents please feel free to contact me at 614-888-1000 or email me at acummins@kw.com for a confidential conversation.

Allison,

I have seen the attention growing due to the dedicated daily calling......at mt old company I did not do it.....now it has become a part of me.

Good for you Dan!

I know sometimes that phone seems like it ways 500lbs.  Once you dedicate your lead generation time to actively working your business it gets a little lighter though.

I don't know anyone who truley loves picking up the phone but it's a necessary evil, and once you own that you will rock that!

Good Luck!

Don't rat me out to my Team Leader (I have her convinced that I am a Lead Generation slacker) but I have been skeptically power houring this past week... and the results speak for themselves, as a DIRECT result of this focused LG activity I had a property showing (on a $2.3 Million listing) this past Tuesday and a listing appointment for a $185K listing today.

Hmmm... if this success keeps up it will be difficult to remain beneath the radar with my Team Leader!

Steve, Steve, Steve....

Let me put my Team Leader hat on and hopefully I'll tell you what your Team Leader would given the chance! ha ha ha

First I must express to you how proud I am of your for taking charge of your business...even if you are doing it behind closed doors.  You are an example to all the agents in your market center who have not taken the challenge to step up their game.

Now, I would not have to say this to you if you would open your door and tell everyone you know that POWER HOUR worked for you!

Great Job and good luck on your listing appointments...don't stop making your calls now!  Your on a roll! Can't wait to hear how they go.

Yours in greater success!

The power hour is truly amazing and a critical key is to be able to turn everything else off and focus on your key clients and customers without any interuptions.

I totally agree Sam,

What we have done at Keller Williams is take that focus and multiply it with energy and synergy.  By getting all of our agents together to talk about their success and review scripts and dialogues that are working for them we have been able to add to the results they would get otherwise.

I'm glad you take time to focus on your business, and the with no interuptions is key!  I hope your focused lead generation takes your business further than ever before.

To Your Success

Allison
