Here’s a sample of our latest “sale pending” postcard on the property located at 34 Hunters Run in Franklin MA. This postcard will land at 500 homes. The same homes that received our “Just Listed” postcard for this property. The same homes that received our “Free Market Analysis” postcard that actually started the entire series of marketing. This is proof to all 500 homeowners that what we do WORKS WELL.
From this one postcard, we will receive several more calls for a Free Market Analysis. There are “trigger points” on the postcard that encourage curious homeowners to request that free service.
Not everyone is likely to sell, but they’re certainly likely to “remember us!” The members of The Todaro Team ARE memorable, and their presentation materials remain with the homeowner. Our goal is to have them share it with their friends and family members! That happens!!!!
Another thing that happens is that we DO secure new listings from that postcard, and the cycle continues…. “List, Sell, Rinse and Repeat” as so eloquently and frequently stated by Michael Jacobs.
