Please take a quick look at the official numbers for the #OrlandoRealEstate market for April 2017. Sales are actually down slightly from a year ago, at least partially due to the lack of inventory. We actually have about 17% fewer homes to sell compared to a year ago. The lack of available homes is definitely putting pressure on prices. Look for this double digit price appreciation to continue as Orlando continues to lead the nation in job creation.
