Surrey Woods Townhome community in Streamwood IL near 59 and Bode Roads is a very popular area surrounded by the Cook County Forest Preserve with wonderfully maintained walking, jogging and bike paths. My favorite part is the great old oak trees in the area. There is also a pond and play area that is maintained by the Streamwood Park District too.
The community is comprised of private entry 2-story styled townhomes with either a 1 or 2 car garage. Some basements are available but rarely go on the market. Square footage is between 1300 to 1900 sq ft. Surrey Woods offers great space for your money.
