Get the Skinny on Two New Listings in Sacramento

By
Real Estate Agent with Elizabeth Anne Weintraub, Broker DRE #00697006

Everybody in Sacramento wants to know when are new listings going on the market? To get that information, it helps to be connected to a top producer in Sacramento real estate, and lately I've been that listing and selling machine. It's good if you can be one of the first buyers to see a new home, especially if you're the kind of buyer who can't quickly make up her mind.

I know how hard it is to have make a decision within 15 minutes of viewing a home, but that's how our market is moving in Sacramento. At least with a little peek into new listings, you can absorb the information and think about the neighborhood and just how willing are you to make an attractive offer that could win you the house of your dreams?

You can read more in my personal blog about this phenomena and get a little preview today at this link: New Listings This Week in West Sacramento and Del Paso Manor.

Elizabeth, you are the GO TO listing agent for Sacramento, and buyers should be calling to see what you have coming up.   Also, the Buyer's agents!

Hi Elizabeth -- with your dominant market presence in the Sacramento area, it makes sense for prospective buyers to keep an eye on your "sneak peeks".   The ability to act quickly when a new listing hits the market can lead to homeownership rather than spending more time simply looking.

Joan Cox Well, I don't know how much I would like it if 50 buyers a day called me to ask about upcoming listings as 1) that would be their agent's job and 2) they should call my team members who work with buyers, make those guys their buyer's agent, and then they have an inside scoop.

Michael Jacobs It is brutal out there. B-r-u-t-a-l. The really cute homes are in such high demand you can't squeeze all the buyers who want it in the same room and have any space to spin around.
