North Kingstown Home Sale Report April
Homeowners in North Kingstown want to know what their real estate market is doing so it is important to stay abreast of home sales and values. Are homes selling and in what price range this April 2017 in North Kingstown?
You bet, this month was a busy month for home sellers and busier than the month before. This North Kingstown RI market report will tell you that RI real estate information you need to stay abreast on.
North Kingstown home sales over the prior month have decreased by 20% with the following real estate single family sales for a total of 24, as follows:
7 homes sold under $300,000
8 homes sold between $300,000-$400,000
9 homes sold over $400,000 but less than $1 million
0 home sold over $1 million
There are 74 homes on the market and the average home sold price is $395,000 here this month. The average home stays on the market 2.9 months prior to going into pending status. Home sold values are down from last year.
The issue is that the lack of homes for sale inventory in certain price ranges. The hottest 
market is under $500,000 with a nearly non-existent inventory of homes not needing updating. Homes under $300,000 are selling quickly. Luxury homes are selling slowly right now.
